THE JOB:
As an Assistant Butler at Bellagio, you will be assisting the Butler in providing guests with full service during their stay and assist with any special requests.

THE STARTING RATE:$18.00/hr plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome

• Guide guests through all phases of their experience

• Exhibit proper knowledge and service delivery of both non and alcoholic beverages as well as menu items of every course

• Follow sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by management

• Item bills correctly

• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and POS stations

• Anticipate the guests' needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency

• Work as a team and assist all guests' and employees' needs and inquiries

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a server in a fine dining establishment
• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
• Works varied shifts to include holidays and weekends
