THE JOB:

As a Security Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of everyone around you. With your strong presence, you'll serve as a visual deterrent while responding to various security situations, emergencies, and potential threats. Your quick thinking and action will be key in protecting lives and maintaining a secure environment.

THE STARTING RATE:$20.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, including the exterior, using a bicycle or company vehicle.

• Keep an eye on alarm systems and surveillance cameras.

• Provide excellent service to guests and employees, resolving complaints and issues.

• Respond to emergencies as a first responder.

• Handle gaming drops and transactions, including carrying drop boxes and chip carriers.

• Write reports on daily activities, property damage, theft, accidents, and unusual events.

• Act as a dispatcher, relaying information and emergencies to the right personnel via phone or radio.

• Administer first aid to injured persons and report injuries as required.

• Assist in emergencies by securing the area, advising personnel, and helping with evacuations.

• Complete all mandatory training (legal, defensive tactics, first aid, CPR/AED) as required.

• Stay proficient in using all assigned equipment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Customer service experience

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience

• Previous experience working in a similar resort setting

• Takes pride in their work

• Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression

• Can handle multiple tasks at one time

Each position is a seasonal opportunity, with the summer season running from May 1, 2025, through October 15, 2025.
