Sr. Quality Manager

The Sr. Quality Manager will manage and direct the Quality department consisting of salaried Quality Engineers, Team Leader, and Quality Technicians for our EDITRON Team in Longmont.

• Manage and direct the Quality department consisting of salaried Quality Engineers, Team Leader, and Quality Technicians;
• Ensure that the Quality team has the correct competencies;
• Ensure compliance to ISO/TS 16949 within agreed upon scope of certification;
• Ensure that local management system is compliant to agreed customer requirements;
• Drive the Continuous Improvement Process related to Quality.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering plus 5 years experience in Quality Management in a manufacturing environment (including 3 years within the automotive industry.
• In lieu of bachelor's degree plus 5 years experience, at least one year undergraduate study in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and 8 years experience in Quality Management in a manufacturing environment (including 3 years within the automotive industry).
• 3 years experience as a Tier 1 or 2 supplier to an automotive OEM customer.
• Six-Sigma Green belt certified.
• IATF 16949 Internal and/or Lead auditor.
