Data Analyst - Recipient Rights
Under the general supervision of the Director of Recipient Rights, the Data Analyst Recipient Rights staff will work for Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) Recipient Rights department advocating recipients and recipient services. The staff will also be required to conduct research, develop graphs, and offer technical support to the team, Director and Recipient Rights Advocacy Committee regarding data from our IT reporting systems. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
REQUIRED EDUCATION: A Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in a analytics or related field in human service, Social Service, Public Health, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Management, Business Administration, Conflict Resolution, Criminal Justice or a related field. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Four (4) years of full-time paid work experience utilizing a computer to gather, maintain and analyze data. REQUIRED LICENSE(S). A valid State of Michigan Driver's License with a safe and acceptable driving record. NOTE: Employees are required to have an operable vehicle available during work hours. WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is usually performed in an office setting but requires the employee to drive to different sites throughout Wayne County and the State of Michigan.
