Are you an experienced eCommerce professional ready to lead strategy and drive growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Our partner, a well-established and innovative manufacturer in Mason, OH, is looking for a Director of eCommerce to join their leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact at a growing company that values creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Lead and execute retail and eCommerce strategies to drive sales and growth
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans as needed
  • Build, train, and manage a team of field retail sales representatives
  • Maintain and grow relationships with major retail and eCommerce partners (e.g., Lowe's, Home Depot, Amazon)
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing team to align messaging and initiatives
  • Track revenue, profit margins, and operational success
  • Provide technical field support by developing deep knowledge of internal systems



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail/eCommerce sales, including major platforms (Amazon, Lowe's, Home Depot)
  • Proven leadership and sales coaching experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel 25% - 35%
