Staffmark is hiring an Assembly Associate in Muncie, IN, where you will be working for our client who is a leading manufacturer and distributor of power transmission products. If you are seeking great benefits and opportunities for advancement, it's time for us to connect! Schedule: 7am - 3pm, Monday - Friday Pay: $15/hr. Key Responsibilities: Assemble fabricated metal parts and products according to specifications, ensuring they meet company quality standards. Use a variety of tools and machines to create or repair items for distribution while maintaining a clean workspace. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency, identify defective parts, and follow proper procedures for handling them. Perform related duties as assigned, with a strong understanding of industry standards and processes. Qualified candidates will have two years of assembly experience, stable work history.
