POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direct supervision of the Manager of Aquatic and Recreation activities, the Recreation Attendant supervises children in the designated areas while their parents participate in programs, activities and services in the Health and Wellness Center.

EDUCATION:

High School graduate or the equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

Three years of babysitting experience. Coaching playground recreational experience preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS:

High School graduate or the equivalent. Physical education degree preferred. Coaching or playground recreational experience preferred. Excellent communication skills. Possesses basic computer skills. Maintain current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS). First Aid certification preferred. Ability to work variable hour,s necessary including weekends. Possesses professional attitude and demeanor.
