The Impact you will have: Blue Cross and Blue Shield of MN is hiring a PowerApp Developer in Eagan, MN. The PowerApp Developer is responsible for the execution of standards and guidelines that drive the design of PowerApp solutions. This role offers the opportunity to craft intuitive, data-driven apps that automate workflows and transform business operations. You will work closely with various departments, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to enhance our digital presence and improve customer engagement. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Power Platform development experience, with a strong background in developing Power Apps. The candidate will have proven experience collaborating with the business to understand their needs, create proof of concept, develop and then maintain the solution. This role is hybrid, 2 days a week in office, in Eagan, MN. Your Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $88,600.00 - $117,400.00 - $146,200.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
