• Bachelor's degree in a related field (psychology, counseling, human services, or social work) is required,
• One year of documented work experience in behavioral health required.
• Valid Driver's License with a driving record that meets agency requirements with access to reliable vehicle is required.

We are seeking an Engagement Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, PA 19119.

Position Details

The Engagement Specialist plays a vital role in keeping Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) consumers engaged. Position works with individuals seeking services at Merakey or individuals in services at Merakey to address their needs, to advocate for them, to connect them to services, and to assist them in overcoming barriers to receiving services. The engagement specialist empowers consumers to access identified resources and assists with navigating systems of care. The engagement specialist provides a wide array of linkage outreach services. Position may facilitate surveys as needed.

Earn $$50,000/year.
