*TEKsystems is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Bank Teller/Greeter position with a Fortune 100 Credit Union in the Jacksonville, FL 32218 area!*
* * *Job Description:* To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services the client offers, including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; Lending products; and credit/debit cards. To perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision. Assist/training to lower-level team members. * * *Experience* * 1-3 years of relevant cash handling experience; banking is preferred but not required * Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email * Good communication skills - de-escalation, remaining calm under pressure, listening *Responsibilities* * Greet members and direct flow of traffic * Counsel current and prospective members about company products and services * Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly * Identify opportunities to cross-service products and increase product penetration * Perform platform banking functions * Understand and comply with federal and other regulations relating to financial products and services *Hours: *Must be available Monday - Friday from 8:15am - 5:30pm; Saturday 8:30am - 1:30pm *If interested, please apply here with your updated resume! *#eastpriority25 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
