NERC GSP Project Manager (Gen)

Job Summary:

The NERC GSP Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure compliance with NERC Reliability Standards at existing solar generation sites. The role focuses heavily on the implementation of PRC-028, PRC-029, and PRC-030, requiring hands-on experience with compliance activities and coordination across technical and regulatory teams. This is a strategic role that bridges regulatory requirements with operational readiness and project execution.

  Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to NERC Reliability Standards, with a focus on PRC-028, PRC-029, and PRC-030.

  Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to communicate progress and compliance status.

  Training: Deliver training and guidance to team members and stakeholders regarding NERC compliance processes.

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  
  
• 
  

  Experience: At least 5 years of project or program management experience, particularly within the renewable energy sector and NERC compliance.

  
  
• 
  

  Regulatory Expertise: Demonstrated experience with PRC-028, PRC-029, and PRC-030 is essential.

  Project Management Skills: Proven track record managing multiple compliance-related projects simultaneously.

  Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.

Work Environment:
