Coordinator, Global Brand Marketing

Job Summary

Reporting to Sr. Manager, Global Brand Marketing, the Coordinator, is a member of the brand team. This role supports and oversees the brand marketing strategy and media execution for the brands wholesale channel with a heavy focus on in-store, sell-in, paid partner marketing, asset management and production and our owned ecom business. They will partner with the brand team, merchandising and agency partners to support content strategies and execution across various platforms. This position is focused on building equity for the total Lee brand through the wholesale and digital channel with a focus on key consumer touch points.

Responsibilities

  • Support and report on wholistic channel strategy for the brand, ensuring budget expectations and performance deliver on key channel goals.
  • Support and enhance sell in within content creation, working closely with merchandising and creative service partners to balance brand elevation and cohesive campaigns
  • Leverage marketing feedback to adjust messaging strategies and identify opportunities for new content creation across platforms based on insights from internal and external metrics.
  • Oversee creative content development for marketing campaigns: including, partner.com, sell in and sell through materials, in-store signage and digital tools.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Manager Brand Marketing, to drive global and regional alignment in tiers 1-3 and as well as owned.com support the functional team leads in an effort to build creative that will deliver against critical KPI's.

Leadership

  • Leads content creation for sell-in tools, EComm photography and DTC content.

Requirements

  • Experience in support and / or development of successful campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, define objectives, implement plans and assess successful execution or course correct as necessary
  • Has worked with marketing analytics and has experience in using data to make content recommendations
  • Familiarity with audience analytics in a variety of platforms and channels (web, electronic direct mail, social media - especially Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Experience in brand or digital media, agency or in-house directly managing media and campaigns
