Position Title: Customer Service Representative Wage: $18.00 - $20.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday) We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Monona, WI as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will work closely with one of our valued customers to provide exceptional support for their products in our warehouse. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, from receiving and shipping products to managing inventory and logistics. Ready to be a key player? Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: - Provide on-site support for a customer's product in warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods - Conduct daily checks on incoming and outgoing drivers to verify product delivery and ensure compliance with customer requirements - Collaborate with warehouse staff to prepare unloading tallies, confirm door assignments, and close out drivers' records - Maintain accurate records of shipments, including preparation of Bills of Lading (BOL's) and arrival/departure times - Receive and process inbound orders from the dock, sending corresponding paperwork to drivers - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service on behalf of the recruiter - Manage lot codes, adjusting receiving tickets for the dock as needed - Perform additional office duties as required to support the customer service team Requirements for Customer Service Representative: - Previous office experience preferred - Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred madison@qpsemployment.com IND035 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
