Position Title: Quality Assurance
Wage: $20.00/hour Shift: 12 Hour Days Hours: 7:00am - 7:30pm (2-2-3 Schedule) Be the gatekeeper of excellence! Quality Assurance Responsibilities: - Measure, record and report dimensional, functional and visual attributes per internally specified requirements - Maintain measurement database integrity - Control documentation and report nonconformance products - Document and report supplier quality related issues - Assist in audit preparation - Conduct internal audits as required - Assist with training personnel performing quality testing within the quality lab and on the production floor - Perform sampling - assistance color matching, labeling, and pull samples as needed Requirements for Quality Assurance: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Experience with physical lab testing equipment, calipers, scales, digital height gauge and compression force testing equipment preferred - Basic computer skills - Able to work well with other departments - Able to make decisions with minimal supervision - Able to handle multi-task environment with good organizational skills - Able to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms and very occasionally to climb or balance - Able to occasionally lift and/or move more than 50lbs QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
