Position Title: General Labor
Wage: $13.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00AM - 3:30PM (Monday - Thursday), 6:00AM - 10:00AM (Friday) QPS is hiring for a leading hydraulic manufacturer in Hampton, Iowa, known for delivering custom-engineered cylinders to top global equipment makers since 1976. With in-house chrome plating, steel casting, and the ability to build cylinders up to 30" in diameter and 420" in length. They are looking for a couple of dedicated workers for fill their general labor openings. General Labor Responsibilities: - Clean outside of the CNC machine with soap, water, and bleach - Hand and spray paint interior walls of the facility - Maintain equipment and products utilized to ensure proper application - Utilize step ladder and/or a scissor lift when completing tasks (after company training) Requirements For General Labor: - Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs - Able to bend, twist, stand, or kneel throughout an 8-10 hour shift - Good communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Able to perform physical labor for extended periods of time - Able to learn and adapt new skills - Candidates *MUST HAVE* a proven track record of several years of solid work history.
