Job Title: Program Associate

Overview:

We're looking for a highly organized and driven Program Associate to support the execution and coordination of high-impact programs across our organization. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program goals are met, deliverables are tracked, and high-quality results are delivered on time. This is a dynamic position ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the intersection of engineering, operations, and customer service.

Responsibilities:




  • Assist with the coordination of new product introductions and manage supporting program activities



  • Help define program scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with program leadership



  • Track program milestones and proactively report progress, risks, and roadblocks to Sales and Management teams



  • Support implementation of product changes and process improvements to ensure successful program outcomes



  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment and smooth communication



  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide program-related support



  • Monitor customer feedback and help resolve concerns by coordinating with internal departments



  • Analyze customer trends and assist in forecasting future needs



  • Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and program reviews



  • Coordinate contract reviews and maintain organized program documentation



  • Contribute to department-wide continuous improvement initiatives



  • Support quality, safety, and AS9100 standards as part of everyday responsibilities



  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment



  • Perform additional tasks as assigned in support of the program lifecycle




Required Skills & Qualifications:




  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills



  • Strong organizational and time management abilities



  • Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail



  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities



  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across departments



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)



  • Ability to create and deliver presentations as needed




Education & Experience:




  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, Engineering, or a related field



  • 3-5 years of relevant experience supporting or coordinating technical programs



  • Experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, or engineering environment is a plus

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
