Product Manager Ready Credit Corporation Eden Prairie, MN Job Summary This role will have responsibility for specifying design, requirements, and delivery for assigned product line[s] in support of business goals and customer needs. They will work in close partnership with technology and development teams through the entire lifecycle of product development and delivery, bridging the gap between teams to map product direction and oversee the continuous roll-out of new products and features that enhance adoption rates and revenue growth. They love the journey and challenge of building and delivering products that solve problems for users, customers, and markets. Essential Functions Manage product life cycle through various stages such as design, development, and production. Drive product roadmap development and communication incorporating strategic and market sourced requirements. Drive understanding of personas, customer journey and corresponding asset mapping for demand and conversion. Drive and facilitate requirements process, prioritization. Provide consultative support in understanding tradeoffs and developing consensus with an eye for the customer. Internal Stakeholder and customer facing product evangelism. Monitor development against scope requirements. Other Functions May perform other job-related duties as assigned. Education, Experience and Other Skills Bachelor's degree with 7+ years professional experience preferably in a technology organization 2-5 years' direct experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner having managed most aspects of the product development lifecycle. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and JIRA suite of tools (or similar). Effective communication and coordination capabilities Strong ability in conveying complex ideas to varied audiences. Ability to work well with cross-functional teams in product design, development, and delivery. Intellectual curiosity: They seek to understand the problem space and the why; comfort with ambiguity. Well organized, able to effectively prioritize, identify the next steps, and execute against a plan. Action-oriented: open to trying new things, navigating roadblocks, and moving teams and products forward. Customer focused with a passion for building products. Ability to synthesize requests across functional areas, enumerate business value, and translate requirements into working products and solutions.
