If so, RAPP is looking for YOU! We're on the hunt for a Marketing and Communications Manager who is ready to raise our Agency's reputation to new heights. As a key player on the Growth & Reputation team, you'll be the driving force behind our brand's presence online, on social media, and in the real world. You will help centrally support and provide continuity to RAPP's brand awareness, reputation, and marketing efforts to drive growth for the agency. This position supports a plan to effectively deploy, in a consistent and market-leading manner, the heart, spirit, and expertise of the RAPP business so that it effectively attracts the attention of Journalists and key opinion leaders, OPMG and Omnicom influencers, benchmark talent, and existing and potential senior client partners. Our Hybrid Work Model: RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. This range is specific to NYC and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
