Product Manager - Salesforce

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

This position is responsible for execution of the Wealth Salesforce product road map as defined by the Product Management team in support of business needs and objectives. Reviews business needs, associate feedback, performs quantitative analysis, and monitors industry/technology trends to facilitate development of an effective and efficient CRM solution based on the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform. Coordinates all functions of development from conception to implementation and ongoing support. Suggests enhancements, monitors associate experience, and ensures compliance with best practices.

• Development - Assists in all stages of development of new Salesforce product features and enhancements. This includes but is not limited to working with key business stakeholders and technology partners on planning, requirements gathering & design, execution, and supporting regular product releases.
• Product Management - Ensures product features and functions are developed and managed with a coordinated strategy. Collaborates with cross-functional partners to implement enhancements and resolve issues.
• Industry/Technology Trends Analysis - Conducts analysis of industry/technology trends including changing regulations, Salesforce vendor product roadmap, integration and partner offering options, and evolving business needs. Recommends changes based on analysis results to increase profitability, productivity and product fit.
• Associate Engagement - Tracks associate experience through all stages of product lifecycle. Develops strategies to ensure associate satisfaction and enhanced productivity.

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Product Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Product Management. Financial Services Industry experience, preferably in Wealth Management, Trust and Private Banking. Deep understanding of Salesforce functionality and integration options. Strong analytical and data discovery/interpretation skills

License or Certification Type: Salesforce Certification preferred. If hired in NY, the base pay for this position is generally between $140,000 and $175,000. If hired in NC, the base pay for this position is generally between $110,000 and $140,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non discriminatory factors permitted by law.For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
