- Plan and develop strategy for Integration and Testing of IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) Session Control Nodes in Telco-cloud or in bare-metal.
- Plan and develop the different Method of Procedures along with Integration-professionals and execute the solution-verification in the lab through Automated test-case writing.
- Execute the activities in the Product - Installation & Commissioning, System-Integration Validation & Verification of IMS Session control nodes with other network-elements in their respective planning, troubleshooting and resolving in Cloud-Native and Virtualized network environment.
- Provide support, based on 3GPP, GSMA, ETSI and OMA specifications, during the Acceptance-test and launch of the IMS Session control nodes, Cloud-Native integrated systems and their integrated solution.
- Drive advanced level of troubleshooting and restoration of customer emergency situations including Outages or other critical incidents.
- Provide measurable input into new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support of business strategies.
- Analyze, develop and implement concepts and solutions as a subject matter expert. #LI-DNI
Domestic travel up to 10% required. International travel up to 10% required. Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted up to 60%. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 6 years of experience (of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive). Or a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience with the following:
- Telecom signaling networks and delivering related design documents, including HLD and LLD documents;
- Experience in the integrations and validations of at least 10 of the 3GPP IMS: SIP, Diameter, Cx/Dx, Gm, Gq, ISC, Ma, Mg, Mi, Mj, Ro, Rf, Rx, Sh, and S6a;
- Automation Framework based Continuous-Delivery framework: IPSL, Rational Robot, and Test Client; Redhat Linux operating systems;
- Cloud & Virtualization Techniques: NFV-O, VNFM, RHEL, VMWare NFV, KVM, Openstack, SIP-Stack, SCTP, or TCP/IP Networking.
