SUMMARY We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations, including domestic shipping and international logistics. This role is critical to ensuring efficient movement of raw materials, optimizing inventory, and maintaining compliance with import/export regulations. You'll play a key part in driving operational excellence, reducing transportation costs, and supporting a seamless global supply chain. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing warehouse team to meet quality, productivity, and compliance goals. Provide continuous coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities to team members. Collaborate closely with manufacturing, purchasing, and supply chain teams to drive alignment and execution. Support and contribute to global logistics objectives by standardizing processes and improving operational efficiency. Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and engagement across the warehouse. Maintain compliance with SOX requirements and medical device industry regulations. Oversee inventory accuracy, including cycle count programs and reconciliation efforts. Manage and optimize warehouse systems, particularly WMS and ERP platforms (preferably NetSuite). Plan and monitor domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery. Oversee reverse logistics for returns, repairs, and recycling. Ensure all import/export operations meet regulatory and documentation requirements. Identify logistics risks and implement mitigation strategies. Negotiate with carriers and logistics partners to achieve the best rates and service levels. Analyze capacity and workloads, eliminate waste, and apply Lean material flow practices. Implement short-term containment and long-term corrective actions for supply chain issues. Drive continuous improvement in warehouse and logistics processes.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
AA or BS degree preferred, or 3-6 years of experience leading warehouse operations in a manufacturing setting. Experience in medical device or similarly regulated environments is a plus. Proven leadership in achieving team and operational goals. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Kanban systems and Lean practices preferred. Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems (SAP and Agile preferred). Strong knowledge of inventory control, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
