Job Title: Developer
Location(s): San Jose, CA
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business users to model, design, develop and deploy solutions in home grown Supply Planning Application using IBM Cplex, Python, PL/SQL.
- Develop acceptance criteria and build/execute test plans (Unit, Integration, UAT, Regression)
- Detailed investigation of existing eco-system customizations through the lens of optimization/simplification
- Respond to/investigate/resolve issues with current systems (focusing on root cause) with continuous communications to impacted users.
- Should have experience with custom developments & ability to interpret the requirements to come up with functional/ technical specifications and have them successfully implemented. Develop, Conduct Unit testing, System testing and End User Testing, Business Sign off and Deployment.
- Understanding of Supply Chain and Supply planning concepts and should have worked on integrating supply planning systems with Source systems like SAP/Treadstone/MES.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience (5 years).
- 5+ years Hands-on experience supporting and building new Supply Planning functionality in (IBM Cplex, Python, PL/SQL).
- Extensive knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes.
- Should have experience in Agile methodology and SDLC phases and should be able to deliver in sprints when needed.
- Experienced using source code versioning tools like GIT Hub.
- Understanding of end to end Supply chain , Inventory and Demand concepts and processes.
