Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Solution Marketing to develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies for our data center and networking solutions, with a focus on partner ecosystems and industry verticals. This role is critical in aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives by leveraging key stakeholders across the company including partner marketing, partner sales, partner solutions development, business development, the global campaigns team, product marketing, field marketing, and sales enablement. You will be responsible for conducting market, customer, and partner research and determining opportunities where we can activate GTM strategies to win more business. You will also be responsible for supporting joint marketing activities with partners, including webinars, in-person events, and content development. The role requires a strategic mindset, a data-driven approach, a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results, and a roll-up-the-sleeves team-first attitude. This role is pivotal in defining targeted messaging, sales enablement, and joint go-to-market motions that help our partners grow revenue while driving top-line revenue for the company.
