Operations Leadership Support Specialist (Non-Clinical)

Summary

  • The Operations Support Team Specialist-Home Office is responsible for staffing utilization, support, and coordination of the Operations Support Team.
  • This position serves as a subject matter expert and may provide training and support for operational processes for clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • This role will support both newly acquired agencies (integration support) and existing agencies across the company.



Responsibilities

  • Works with the operations support team and leaders to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and operational standards with assigned projects.
  • Manages schedule for operations support staff for assignments for integrations as well as support assignments for existing agencies.
  • Manages scheduling for home office departments for training with new acquisitions and serves as a resource to home office departments with training for new and/or existing staff.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of policy changes, process changes, home office department updates, regulatory updates, and other general company information.
  • Work as operational change agent using key change management tools including effective communication techniques, feedback from agency staff, and direction from organizational leadership to support change.
  • Work as operational improvement expert using knowledge of LHC standard operating procedures, metrics, reporting and other key performance indicators to identify root causes, work to begin improvement, consult with and/or advise team to improve compliance and efficiency.
  • Works as a new agency integration specialist - specifically helps to onboards new agencies and operationally supports them in performing to LHC's best practice operational standards and expectations.
  • Responsible for supporting organizational software testing, training and operational implementation including teaching electronic medical record functionality when needed.



Education and Experience

  • Education & Experience At least 3-years healthcare experience, or 3 year experience in an office administration role or a bachelor' s degree required.
