Content Production Specialist/Engineer Summary The Content Production Specialist plays a critical role in bringing design intentions to life through high-quality technical content. You'll collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution, technical integrity, and seamless delivery of content across digital applications. Our Ideal Candidate 5+ years of experience in content production, digital design systems, or engineering-support roles Passion for design and technology with a strong foundation in template creation, layout systems, and digital asset workflows Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, GitHub, Terminal, and QA platforms, with strong problem-solving skills and production accuracy Familiar with version control systems, localization workflows, accessibility standards, and internal tooling platforms Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and QA Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Flexible and adaptable to shifting deadlines, feature rollouts, and feedback from multiple stakeholders Job Description In this role, you will own the hands-on production of structured, localized, and technically sound content for digital applications. You will also contribute to tooling feedback and QA, support source control operations (e.g., GitHub), and maintain internal content libraries-helping ensure the overall success of the Design + Production Team and user experience across global platforms. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience Background in production design, UX/UI, QA, or technical content development Previous experience in internal software environments or content systems is preferred Additional Requirements Please include your resume and any relevant samples or documentation work demonstrating your technical production experience This opportunity is located in Cupertino, Culver City, or New York City and requires remote work with availability in local time zones The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $82.00 - $85.00 per hour This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements Mathys+Potestio values applicants of all backgrounds and experiences.
