Your responsibilities Job Summary Responsible for movement of raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the facility using a forklift truck. May also utilize cranes, hoists, hand trucks, and other moving equipment to meet job requirements. Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Accurately stock, remove, and manage products and supplies according to inventory plans. Order Fulfillment: Select, process, and package customer orders with precision. Logistics Support: Load and unload trucks, ensuring correct items are handled. Equipment Operation: Operate machinery, including saws, as required. Quality Control: Identify and segregate defective materials; perform cycle counts. Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely. Maintenance: Conduct daily forklift inspections and maintain a clean work area. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, ISO, and 6S standards. Team Collaboration: Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads. Qualifications *Minimum Requirements:* High school diploma or GED. Proficiency in reading and writing English. Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. over 100 feet. Basic math skills. Previous forklift experience. Physical capability to sit for extended periods and perform bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping motions. Strong safety mindset. *Preferred Qualifications:* Experience with handheld measuring tools. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with database programs and Microsoft Office. Why Join Us?
