This position is CONTINGENT on contract award with an anticipated hiring period starting 8/25/2025.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of approximately 15 employees conducting "O" level maintenance and corrosion abatement measures for KC-130J aircraft in support of USMC VMGR-153 at MCAS Kaneohe Bay, HI. The Site Supervisor will report to the S&K Program Manager for the contract. SkillBridge applicants are encouraged.

Manage administrative details for direct reports and maintain daily contact with direct reports to enhance communication and proactively identify and resolve work related issues.
Draft reports and ensure clear and correct grammar for transmissions in official deliverables.
Ensure timecards of direct reports are completed correctly each day and sign as the reviewer.
Evaluate employee performance and prepare associated reports.
Monitor work attendance and overall employee conduct.
Receive and up-channel any grievances that may arise from bargaining unit employees' work issues in accordance with Collective Bargaining Agreement procedures.
Perform employee disciplinary actions when required and prepare associated reports.
Performance management - appraising performance.
Screen applicants for position vacancies and make hiring recommendations.
Responsibilities may include interviewing and hiring employees.
Other duties as assigned.

Education	Associate degree in Aircraft Systems Maintenance Technology or related discipline is preferred. Related work experience may substitute for the education requirement. Each 2 years of related experience is equivalent to 1 year of college.
Experience	Experience in DoD aircraft corrosion maintenance is preferred. Minimum of ten (10) years of supervisory and leadership experience. At least five (5) years of working with DoD aircraft is preferred.
License, Cert or Registration	Must have current Secret security clearance.
Special knowledge, skills, & abilities	Must be able to write and read, to interpret written instructions, manuals, and directives, and to follow oral instructions for the accomplishment of job assignments. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work assignments to meet productivity standards. Must be able to draft professional quality correspondence, reports, briefings, and other communications. * Must be able to communicate effectively before groups of senior-level customers in the DoD and within the company. Must have demonstrable fluency with computers, software, and general office equipment. Must possess problem solving and analytical skills. Must be able to multitask, prioritize daily work schedule so that production goals are met, and adapt to changing requirements.
