The Assistant Foreman Measurement is responsible for assisting in coordinating and supervising the day-to-day operations of measurement personnel, overseeing activities related to technical support services, including compliance with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), monitoring of Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) measurements, and providing Field Technical Support (FTS). The role assists in field technical services, including dynamometer testing, fluid level monitoring, Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material (NORM) testing, Excavation Safety, and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans, ensuring optimal manpower utilization. The role ensures team members have a comprehensive understanding and apply all organizational policies, ensuring strict adherence to maintain operational integrity and regulatory compliance.

* Assists field technical services, including dynamometer testing, fluid level monitoring, H2S and Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material (NORM) testing, Excavation Safety, and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans, ensuring optimal manpower utilization.
* Upholds adherence to all organization policies, ensuring team members comply with established guidelines and regulations, fostering a culture of safety, ethics, and accountability.
* Champions safe and ethical behavior among team members, consistently demonstrating and promoting best practices to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity.
* Generates comprehensive reports documenting the activities of the group, providing valuable insights into field operations, and facilitating informed decision-making processes.
* Collaborates on the development of reports detailing the cost and efficacy of chemical programs and cathodic protection initiatives, striving for continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
* Conducts Infrared (IR) camera surveys on surface equipment, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations to operations personnel to address identified issues and mitigate potential hazards.
* Performs flow calculations for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) on various surface equipment, delivering comprehensive reports and guidance to operations teams for corrective actions, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
* Supervises and coordinates the daily tasks of the measurement department, ensuring efficient and compliant field operations in line with safety and environmental standards.
* Ensures compliance with all applicable state/province and federal regulations, maintains regulatory compliance, and applies organization policies throughout the measurement team's operations.
* Guides and mentors the measurement team, actively contributing to employee selection, performance management, compensation management, career development, and overseeing operational processes.

Education:
* High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education and/or commensurate work experience is required. Associate's Degree in Engineering or any other related discipline is preferred.

Experience:
* 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in E&P Operations specializing in areas such as Field Operations Measurement and Measurement Standards or a related field. Industry experience is preferred.
