Job Description

We are actively searching for a highly skilled and experienced Analytics and Operations Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing our data analysis initiatives and business operations, ensuring these functions are seamlessly integrated and strategically aligned with our overarching business objectives.

You will be responsible for refining and streamlining our operational procedures, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across the board. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure that our data analytics capabilities are fully leveraged to support and accelerate our business goals.

Additionally, you will be expected to identify and address any operational challenges, implementing solutions that foster continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Essential Functions

  • Manage critical projects aimed at enhancing client reporting and data analytics capabilities, ensuring that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of various data streams to compile accurate and actionable business intelligence, providing key insights in support of fraud risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and tailored messages to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication and presentation of complex data and analysis.
  • Drive the advancement of automation and data analytics processes, aligning them with the organization's goals and objectives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain a high level of coordination and collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams, including product development, Account Management, Sales, model development, and client support, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of efforts.
  • Acquire and share industry insights, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the payment ecosystems, and consult on adapting solutions based on competitive knowledge to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and implement best practices for data governance and management, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and driving initiatives to optimize operational workflows.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of analytics and operations, highlighting key trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Utilize advanced statistical and analytical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and methodologies in data analytics and operations, evaluating their potential impact and applicability to the organization

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, performance metrics, and operational efficiency
  • Advanced Knowledge of data analysis tools and software, primarily Power BI and Tableau
  • Collaborating on and with enterprise-wide products, projects, and programs
  • Deriving insights and action items through analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office)
  • Exceptional presentation, consultative, and communication skills
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 110,800.00 to 150,550.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
