Medica is a non-profit health insurance company headquartered in Minnetonka with offices in Madison and Omaha. The company is active across the heart of America and provides healthcare coverage in multiple markets. Medica is engaged in our communities through the charitable grant-making work of the Medica Foundation and active employee giving and volunteer programs. Medica will host a 12-week, paid Internship Program. Interns will have the opportunity to network within Medica and with other Interns through weekly Lunch-and-Learns and opportunities to hear from Executives. Department Introduction: Medica's Finance Intern will split their time between internal audit and finance functions. This position is a hub-based role which requires onsite presence. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership and may be up to 2-3 days a week. To be eligible for consideration, candidates must reside within a commuting distance to our Minnetonka office. The full salary range for this position is $33,300-$43,100. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
