How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?The Customer Experience Products Manager is accountable for executing the strategy and roadmap of the Customer Experience Domain, ensuring alignment with the global product strategy defined with the Customer and Employee Experience Domain Director and with Group IT stakeholders. He/She collaborates closely with local and regional teams to guarantee effective deployment, adoption, and support of IT products and services within the Domain. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Support the Customer & Employee Experience Domain Director in the following activities: Customer Experience Domain roadmap
Driving roll-out and change management activities for global products of their Domain scope
