Managing safety, quality, on-time, cost initiatives with relevant KPI's. Creating a culture of continuous improvement in all aspects of the facility. SOP process management and documentation, inventory accuracy, receiving, production, shipping, pick pack as well as support functions of the Gurnee facility. A positive, forward thinker and doer challenging the norm and continuously looking for opportunities to improve. Recruits, hires, and develop staffing in line with Luxor culture.
