How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead and guide the team in the order entry process, improving order accuracy and reducing throughput time.

  • Collaborate with engineering to enhance the drawing management process, ensuring timely and quality submissions.

  • Champion the change order management process, fostering positive internal relationships.

  • Support manufacturing efforts to maximize revenue by driving down units on shipping hold.

  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve potential shipping delays.

  • Develop action plans to meet specific customer needs within market segments.

  • Drive down disputed invoices and manage return authorizations and customer concession requests.

  • Embrace and implement lean manufacturing methods to drive continuous improvement.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Minimum five years of experience or a degree in Engineering or Business or related field.

  • Work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in the USA without future sponsorship.

  • Prior team management experience is beneficial.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.

  • Knowledge of general accounting principles.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic understanding of project management elements.

  • Experience in customer relations and fostering collaboration across functions.
