THE JOB: The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen team and operations. They help lead the team to achieve business goals, manage recipes, inventory, and supplies, oversee staff performance, scheduling, and training, and execute plans from the food and beverage leadership. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location. Eligible employees have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans as well as 401(k) and time off plans.
