Inside Sales Representative

Staffmark is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a well-known grocery and pharmaceutical chain in Blue Ash, OH. Pay: $20.00/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As an Inside Sales Representative supporting Kroger Health's B2B program, you'll drive customer engagement by conducting outbound outreach, building relationships, and helping businesses adopt essential health-related services.

Responsibilities:

• Make 70+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients with professionalism and purpose
• Build and maintain customer relationships via phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Use CRM systems like Salesforce and Five9 to manage leads and track conversations
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach and customer experience
• Participate in regular training sessions and share feedback on messaging and performance
• Ensure all customer interactions reflect a high standard of service and support

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, customer service, or a call center environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle objections
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Five9 preferred)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Metric-focused with a track record of meeting performance goals
