Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Business Partner to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll report to the HR Manager and act as a key driver of employee relations-ensuring a strong connection between leadership and our workforce. Primarily 2nd & 3rd Shift Coverage, Including Weekend Availability.You'll be on the floor, listening, advising, resolving conflicts, and building a culture where people feel seen, heard, and supported,fostering a workplace environment built on respect, fairness, and open communication.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead all employee relations efforts-from coaching supervisors to conducting investigations to resolving workplace issues with empathy and fairness

  • Walk the floor daily to build visibility, trust, and a deep understanding of employee needs and concerns

  • Act as a key advisor and sounding board for leaders and employees across all shifts

  • Support performance management processes that are fair, transparent, and development-focused

  • Deliver consistent application of policies, ensuring legal compliance and minimizing organizational risk

  • Collaborate on hiring, onboarding, development, and culture-building initiatives

  • Monitor and act on employee engagement data to drive improvements

  • Administer HR processes including payroll, policy updates, and compliance audits

  • Champion initiatives that enhance workplace communication, recognition, and morale

What You Bring:

  • Strong background in employee relations, with a proven ability to manage sensitive situations and influence outcomes

  • Experience in HR within a manufacturing or similar environment

  • Sound knowledge of employment laws and compliance practices

  • Skilled communicator who builds trust and fosters accountability

  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule to provide coverage and support across shifts

  • Practical, people-first mindset with a passion for improving the employee experience


Qualifications

  • Bachelor level degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business or related degree is required.
  • Minimum 4 years professional HR experience required.
  • Broad-based functional experience in HR and track record of accomplishment in areas of talent management, compensation, and employee & labor relations.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English or Creole/English) preferred

Additional Information

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000- 110,000 + bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
