Case Management Assistant

Pay Rate: $19-$21/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 25 hours per week

As a Case Management Assistant, you'll be the front-line support for our Social Services team, providing compassionate and efficient service to program participants. This is a customer-centered role where your attention to detail, sense of urgency, and organizational skills will play a key role in the team's success.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
• Respond promptly to participant inquiries and complete work requests
• Maintain accurate data entry and update spreadsheets
• Organize and process mailings and files
• Assist with program materials, copying, and distribution
• Support other administrative tasks and team needs as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proven experience in data entry and use of standard office equipment
• Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with care
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs occasionally
