Overview Quality and Policy Coordinator Full Time; 1st Shift Rock Island, IL The coordinator is responsible for supporting clinical accreditation functions and patient safety for the Quad Cities region. This position is responsible for ensuring a coordinated, proactive approach for the organization, to ensure continued survey readiness and successful accreditation survey processes. Encourages associates in achieving a Culture of Safety. This role requires collaboration with all areas involved with direct or indirect patient care, including patient care departments, patient experience, legal, risk, case management, clinical informatics, process improvement, infection prevention, education, and others. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to foster a positive professional relationship with peers, physicians, and other members of the leadership team.
