Job Title: VP & Service Manager II Department: Garden Grove Office We are looking for VP & Service Manager II to join our new Garden Grove Office branch. The Service Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the service operations of Garden Grove Office branch, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving operational efficiency. This position requires a strategic leader who can develop and implement service strategies that align with our branch goals and enhance customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing branch staff and contributing to the overall growth and success of the branch by ensuring that our service offerings meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Key Responsibilities:
- Always ensures that branch projects a professional and neat appearance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead, mentor, and manage branch staff ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.
- Maintain a good audit rating and the branch is running in a safe, sound, and compliant manner and ensuring all internal controls are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any operational challenges in a timely manner.
- Develop innovative service solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum six years of experience in bank operations required.
- Good knowledge of deposit regulations, business organizational documents and other new account documentations.
- Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or client complaints.
- Present a professional image in dealing with clients, interdepartmental, and external representatives.
- Retain a broad knowledge of tasks performed in the branch operations functions.
- Ability to analyze and organize financial information and perform complex financial calculations.
- Organizational ability with strong supervisory and management skills.
- Ability to remain flexible to adapt to changes in the work environment.
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, problem prevention, and problem-solving skills.
- Accurate typing/keyboarding skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, and e-mail.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
