Description Management/Leadership Req #: 31629 Summary Summary: Responsible for the promotion and sales of laboratory diagnostic testing to physicians, healthcare practices and hospitals. Sales activities consist of the development of sales goals, strategic plans, and implementation of those strategies. Daily activities include the identification, assessment and qualification of potential new business and the development of that business. * * The Sales Director is responsible for developing new sales revenue and achieving sales targets set, as well as leading the Account Management team within NorDx in servicing and managing client accounts. Additionally, this role is responsible for the proactive management of NorDx Marketing needs in the realm of social media communications, and creation of client marketing materials. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business administration/management, or finance required. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree preferred.
- License/Certification: N/A
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of Sales related experience is required, along with demonstrated experience in budgeting, planning and executing local and regional sales activities. Experience hiring, managing, and developing sales or account management teams.
