Job Summary: Responsible for the overall supervision and direction of Cooperative Title & Settlement. Leads the team through on-going coaching and development to ensure focus on efficiency and exceptional member service. Ensures proper reporting and compliance is met according to industry regulations. Grows the business while maximizing profitability. Responsible for title underwriting.
