The Division of Enrollment Management at Rutgers University-New Brunswick (

Posting Summary |
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Program Coordinator II for the Division of Enrollment Management. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Recruitment and Outreach, The Program Coordinator II has responsibility for a range of duties typically associated with recruiting the entering class at various stages of the recruitment cycle through enrollment.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Provides administrative support for department initiatives, coordinates recruitment and outreach events, and manages a recruitment market by conducting outreach to prospective students and school counselors.

Minimum Education and Experience |
- Requires a bachelor's degree.

- Automobile drivers license and passport required.

- Strong computer literacy, demonstration of solid judgment, organizational, planning, coordination, time management, multi-tasking and communication skills.
- The individual will be motivated and imaginative with the ability to handle considerable and varied responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Work well independently and on a team; and represent the university knowledgeably, articulately and enthusiastically with an effective professional demeanor.

- Previous experience in a higher education setting is highly desirable.

Physical Demands and Work Environment |
- Standing and/or sitting, often for several hours at a time while at recruitment events.
- Occasional light lifting/carrying.
- Work will primarily be conducted in an office setting, with some travel to off campus events.
