We are seeking to hire a 2026 summer associate to join our Litigation Department in our Boston office. Qualified candidates will be rising second-year law students who have a demonstrated interest and/or experience in litigation. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials (3.0 GPA or higher), superb judgment and communication skills, excellent legal writing skills, and a commitment to teamwork and excellent client service. This is a hybrid position with four days in office expectations. Our summer associates provide legal research, writing, discovery and other substantive support for attorneys. As a summer associate in the Boston office, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments across our litigation department including our practices in Complex Disputes, Labor & Employment, Government Investigations & White Collar Defense, Real Estate and Construction, and Privacy and Technology. You will also receive substantive feedback and mentoring on assignments. We also offer various training programs throughout the duration of the program.
