Who You'll Be As the Turf Sales Manager - West, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth and profitability of Turf's business across our western region. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will lead all sales efforts in Turf's west region, oversee a network of independent sales representatives, and ensure alignment with company objectives and values. What you'll be doing
- Consistently achieve overall regional sales goals, including revenue, gross margin, and contribution margin targets for your region.
- Develop and execute strategic plans by leveraging technological and financial opportunities while maximizing available assets and resources.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage independent representatives within your region.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all representatives to ensure company values, strategies, and objectives are clearly communicated.
Ensure representative sales goals are met by assigning accountabilities and monthly metrics to drive consistent results. - Stay current with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Plan, manage, and attend trade shows and conferences where a company presence is necessary, and support representatives with their shows - including follow-up to assess their impact.

Travel:Significant; approximately 50%. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the A&D industry is required.
- Experience with building and growing new businesses and expanding existing customer portfolio through a representative-based sales structure required.
- Experience developing organizations and teams that align with the business strategy a plus.
