Job Details POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Senior Director, Provider Analytics, the Product Owner II plays a pivotal role in aligning strategic vision with tactical execution for one or more product development teams. This position involves working closely with product management leadership to define and prioritize work that meets strategic objectives and user needs. As a trusted expert in understanding these needs, the Product Owner II synthesizes stakeholder inputs into actionable problem statements and solutions, ensuring that the team's efforts are aligned with the broader business goals. A critical aspect of this role is managing a robust, prioritized backlog that reflects strategic business objectives and maximizes value delivery. This involves continuously assessing and refining backlog items based on customer insights, feedback, and evolving market conditions. The Product Owner II also plays a crucial part in coordinating work across multiple teams, ensuring that changes in one area do not negatively impact other teams or product features. Their deep knowledge of the solution space enables them to facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration and mitigate risks effectively.
