VP/Commercial Credit Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
This position is responsible for the credit administration, loan underwriting and loan review functions of the Commercial Lending department. These functions include the establishment, maintenance and execution of the MBL Policy and MBL Procedures with sufficient controls to maintain adequate asset quality and loan concentrations. This position is responsible for the supervision, implementation and review of the Appraisal and Environment Policies; the coordination of loan review activities designed to evaluate credit risk and maintain the integrity of the credit risk rating system; the coordination and monitoring activities with lending staff and external parties, including regulators and auditors; review of credit requests before sending to committee; and to provide necessary reports to management relating to the commercial loan portfolio.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm at our Plymouth Corporate Office; exempt.

In addition:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in a commercial lending environment with strong knowledge in credit administration, loan review, risk analysis, NCUA regulations, loan workout, environmental and appraisal review areas.
• 3+ years of management experience, preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous PC experience, to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, and e-mail.
• Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
• Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

WHAT WE OFFER:

The salary range for this position is $109,000 to $136,500.00 per year. In addition, we offer:
