Freedom for the soul. Are you ready to join us? Our Powertrain Operations facility, located on Pilgrim Road in Menomonee Falls, WI, is where the "jewel" of the motorcycle comes to life. Pilgrim Road employees produce engines and transmissions for the final assembly plant in York, Pennsylvania, as well as transmissions, and replacement parts for sale through Harley-Davidson Genuine Motor Parts and Accessories business. Join our team as aTool & Die Maker Apprenticeand help build the world's most sought-after motorcycles. This is a State of Wisconsin Registered Apprenticeship. Apprentices will receive comprehensive academic, as well as hands on training in the Tool & Die trade. Education Required High school diploma or GED is required. Preferred Education Completed or currently enrolled in an accredited Tool & Die Program or equivalent program at a Vocational/Technical School with a minimum 2.75 GPA or 3 years verifiable Tool & Die experience. We are looking for individuals who: * Possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience Preferred * Knowledgeable in the operation of power tools: Drills, Lathes, Saws, etc. Position Requirements * Follow and abide by all safety rules and requirements: Candidates will be required to successfully pass the Accuplacer test.
