About the Role Impact you will make The VP of A/R Recovery Operations is a business line leader with deep domain expertise in the market. The role is responsible for all US and India based colleagues and works seamlessly across a matrix of product, technology, HR, finance, legal, sales, and other matrixed functions. The VP is responsible for profit and loss of the business line and instrumental in driving the growth strategy and serves as key decision maker for prioritization. The role reports directly to the Leader of Customer Experience and is accountable for the financial performance and health of the business. This leader will have direct influence on the staffing and talent for roles and work in partnership with functional leaders. to develop the team and will drive strategy, prioritization and focus. What you will do
- The VP of A/R Recovery Operations is an executive role and part of the FinThrive Senior Leadership Team
- Oversee the global service delivery of our A/R Optimizer technology and services, ensuring operational excellence and strategic growth
- Significant metric driven performance management in staff hiring, training readiness, customer and rep productivity, revenue and margin attainment
- Develop and execute an annual business plan and a three-year growth strategy, aligning with company objectives
- Drive organizational alignment across marketing, sales, development, implementation, support, and service solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and improve win rates
- Manage the solution portfolio's P&L, ensuring positive performance against revenue and earnings forecasts, and develop strategies to address financial risks
- Provide ongoing value metrics, solution training, and content to sales and marketing
- Oversee and approve all contractual financial, legal, timeline service delivery commitments
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Onboarding, and HR talent teams to facilitate a positive and timely customer experience
- Drive well defined qualitative project staffing models within the United States and India
- Continually assess process and efficiency improvement opportunities through AI, automation, or
- Collect and analyze feedback on market and competitor trends, and customer needs to inform market planning and product development
- Take daily responsibility for managing cross-sell and upsell priorities, customer experience, service support, reporting, analytics, and customer follow-ups
- Handle customer escalations and perform additional tasks or projects as required
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 10+ years of operational leadership experience in revenue cycle management.
- Extensive experience hiring and scaling large project teams globally (US and India)
- Demonstrated ability to engage with key customers to direct solution strategies, solicit strategic input, and gather feedback
- Recognized thought leader in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication skills, capable of motivating teams internally and securing trust and buy-in from external stakeholders
- Highly accountable, efficient, and results-oriented leader who maintains a focus on urgent priorities while keeping an eye on long-term goals
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
