Pilgrim Road employees produce engines and transmissions for the final assembly plant in York, Pennsylvania, as well as transmissions, and replacement parts for sale through Harley-Davidson Genuine Motor Parts and Accessories business. The Facilities Lead role provides on-site Facilities, Project Management and Facilities Operations, and Maintenance oversight at the Harley-Davidson Motor Company Powertrain Operations ("PTO") manufacturing site. This is a fully on-site role located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This role will have responsibility for the active oversight and management of Facilities operational support services by outside vendors and will actively collaborate with PTO manufacturing operations personnel related to systems and equipment operations and maintenance management. Additionally, this role will be responsible for completing project management of facilities projects, including building construction, facilities infrastructure, facilities equipment, cosmetics, and other key construction-related projects as assigned. The lead role should be an individual with a Facilities Operations background, ideally with experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production facilities, and with construction Project or Program Management experience. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and able to be effective in working independently or in a team environment with multiple overlapping priorities and deadlines. The role reports to Central Facilities Operations, with secondary day-to-day accountability to Central Facilities Project Management and local PTO Plant Operations leaders. Job Responsibilities
