Job Title: Project Manager Location(s): Miami, FL Program and Project Management Oversee and manage all aspects of projects, including planning, execution, and tracking to guarantee that timelines, reporting, and deliverables are met. Collaborate with the GTS, Business, and Experience Management teams to provide comprehensive NSA program oversight, and with the GTS PMO to ensure the timely delivery of materials and updates. Budgeting and Communication Oversee and manage project budgets, tracking the percent of completion for Customer Channels NSA projects. Communicate program objectives, goals, and progress to stakeholders, executives, and upper management. Documentation and Reporting Create, manage, and submit all program documentation, including updates and roadmaps. Create, manage, and submit program decks around NSA initiatives for stakeholders, executives, and upper management. Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and business requirements. Develop and manage project plans (timeline, resources, etc.). Track project progress against established milestones, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues. Work with different teams to ensure projects are delivered on time. Document processes, create clear process flows, and maintain up-to-date documentation for all project-related activities. Continuously identify and recommend process improvements to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree or ten or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant work experience. Eight or more years of project management experience. Preferred: Project Management certifications (PMP, CSM, CSPO, SaFE). Experience working with multi-year long term transformation programs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
